I am so happy we could meet. After our session, I really feel like a weight was lifted off of me. It took me a couple of days to end the relationship, but I did this morning. I made a list of things I was upset about and forgave him one by one during my meditation. I also realized that what I was upset about I did myself in other ways were patterns within myself. By the time I spoke with him I was able to re frame the conversation to focus on what was best for us as individuals and just let go. Rather than get upset which I feared he thanked me for the relationship and we parted ways amicably. I'm feeling beyond relieved right and I want to thank you for the clarity you helped me find.

In the 3 or four days following the session I noticed this DISTINCT feeling of lightness, of being in CONTROL of my own energy, of a deep knowledge of what lightness feels like, and because of that deep feeling a sense that I knew how to get back there.

In the week since my session that feeling has ebbed a bit, decreasing in intensity, though the feeling of lightness remains, and I find my perspactive on life has both broadened and focused. Broadened in the sense that I see more of where I am going, where I have been, and focused in the sense that I am able to see more clearly ways that I can day-by-day work myself towards my self-created destiny.
