Human experience is multi-dimensional. The spark of life that came from our Home among the stars has traveled through many regions and many experiences before the choice to incarnate in a physical body of Earth.
If we look in the dimensions associated with Earth life we have the spiritual region, the emotional, the mental, and the physical. Often called 'bodies' they are different vibrational speeds from the very fast of our spiritual body to the very slowest of our physical body.
When changes are desired, each of those regions have to be given the new message, have the old storage of former limits identified and removed, and then actions taken on the new possibilities.
Therefore, a 'healing' model that includes professionals and processes that directly impacts each region with the same new story and steps of change specific to that 'body' will cause the change to happen more quickly.

Your toolbox is a set of practices that you can use to create balance and clarity in your life. Some of your personalized toolbox actions are things you do alone but not all of them. You may work with practitioners such as acupuncturists, chiropractors, counselors or massage therapists. Sometimes you’ll do things with a group of others such as board games, classes, hiking, or singing.
You can develop a flexible menu of skills and tools and you’ll learn the best time to use them. Some will become daily practices and others for emergencies. Some will be lifelong and others will come and go. All of them will be useful in helping you craft the life that you want.
